What we do
Building work, done the way you'd want it done
Five things we do, and we do all of them ourselves. Whatever the job, it is the same team from the first visit to the final walk-round.
House Extensions
Single-storey rear and side-return extensions, double-storeys and wrap-arounds. We take it from foundations to the final coat of plaster, so it stays one team and one point of contact the whole way through.

Loft Conversions
Turn an unused loft into a proper room: a bedroom with an en-suite, a home office or a quiet studio. We plan the layout, the light and the stairs so it sits naturally in the house instead of feeling bolted on.

Kitchen Renovations
New kitchens fitted properly, from a straight swap to knocking two rooms into one open-plan space. Walls, steels, floors, electrics and plumbing all handled by the same team that fits the units.

Bathroom Renovations
Bathrooms stripped back and rebuilt properly, with the tanking, the falls and the pipework done right so the finish lasts. En-suites, family bathrooms and walk-in showers.

Garden Rooms & Outbuildings
Insulated, powered garden rooms that work all year: a home office, a gym or a studio at the bottom of the garden. Built properly on a real base, not a shed with a radiator in it.

A free visit, honest advice on what your house will take and a clear written quote before you decide anything.
Book a free visitThe same four steps, whatever the job
Free site visit
We come out, see the space, talk through what you want and tell you what is realistic before anyone talks money.
We sit down together, three times
Not a doorstep chat and a number on the back of an envelope. Three proper conversations before a single tool comes out, so nothing is left to assumption.
The build
The same team on site from start to finish, kept tidy and on schedule, with you updated as the work moves on. You pay in stages as each part of the work is completed, never everything up front.
Final walk-round
We go through the finished work with you, room by room, before the job is signed off.
