Fletcher and his team refurbished our lounge dining room and kitchen. They knocked through from lounge to dining room and dining room to kitchen, making it a much more open space with more light and kitchen space. They were very professional and tidy always clearing up at the end of the day. The kitchen was from howdens and bought through Fws which made the process so much easier. From start to finish the work took just over 5 weeks. Thanks again for your 1st class work will definitely be using you again.
Fletcher and his team did a 5 metre extension on my kitchen, installed a new kitchen, new doors and new floorboards throughout the downstairs. All members of his team were absolutely outstanding. The workmanship looked extremely professional and it turned out so much better than I expected. If there was ever a problem, it was never a case of ‘we can’t do that’ there was always a solution and I never felt stressed as I knew that whatever cropped up, they dealt with it. They were all so friendly and I felt at ease with them all the time. When I went to work, I left them to their own devices and they always locked up perfectly for me. I can’t recommend them enough and I will certainly have them back when I need more work completing.

We recently had our roof done by Fletcher and Lewis at FWS Builders, and we couldn’t be happier with the work. From start to finish, they were reliable, professional, hardworking and a pleasure to have working on our home. The quality of their work was excellent, and they kept everything tidy throughout. Fletcher, Lewis and Kevin completed a big project for us in December 2024 and did an amazing job. They extended our dining room at the back of the house, fitted a new Ktichen, created a utility room using some of the garage, stripped out our old kitchen and extended the front of our garage. We absolutely love our new space. Fletcher had great ideas and helped us to redesign the layout which worked out much better! I would highly recommend using Fletcher and his team. They are friendly and tidy, as well as meticulous in what they do.

Once you decide to go ahead, this is how the job runs. Four stages, the same team throughout, stage payments as the work is done, and you always know where things are.

We come out, see the space, talk through what you want and tell you what is realistic before anyone talks money.
We sit down together, three times
Not a doorstep chat and a number on the back of an envelope. Three proper conversations before a single tool comes out, so nothing is left to assumption.
What you want
What you want from the space, what you cannot live without, and what is realistic for the house.
Layout and materials
Where the walls, the stairs and the services go, and what it is all built and finished with.
Plan and price
The finished plan, an itemised written quote and the stage payments, all agreed before anything is knocked down.
The build
The same team on site from start to finish, kept tidy and on schedule, with you updated as the work moves on. You pay in stages as each part of the work is completed, never everything up front.
Final walk-round
We go through the finished work with you, room by room, before the job is signed off.
